 43,000 square foot facility, originally built in the early 1900s as an elementary school, sits on a full city block with a 50-vehicle parking lot on the north side. Street parking is available on the east and west sides of the property. The facility includes a traditional auditorium, cafeteria, gym, library, 15 large classrooms, 7+ office/admin spaces, and 4 conference rooms spread throughout its 4-level structure.

Our spaces accommodate groups ranging from 6 to 100 occupants, with a total facility capacity of 300 occupants. We offer strong WiFi throughout the building and large smart TVs in our larger meeting spaces.
